While DM may not be currently happening in an employees’ life, the damage caused from past experiences can impact how daily work communications are viewed, received and processed. Even an innocent joke could land you in a difficult seat with your attorney.

Training your management team and employees on Harassment Awareness and Communication can help maintain respectful communication, practice charitable assumption and avoid misunderstandings. Additionally, this kind of training better prepares your leadership team with tools to navigate these tricky situations.

It’s so important that we, as employers, do our best to create a safe, productive work place for ALL employees. If you haven’t had your annual Harassment Awareness and Communication training in the last 12 months, we’ve got your back!

If an employee has expressed concerns regarding DM, your benefit broker can provide resources for EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and/or outpatient mental health care through your company’s medical plan.

Email or call us, and we can help strategize  a training session for your team either in-person, webinar or by video.
